ATHLETE REPRESENTATION

Student-Athletes are eligible to make money and/or earn free or discounted products or services just by using their names, images, and likenesses! Best known as NIL. Brands using student-athletes in marketing campaigns will allow them to reach a wide range of diverse audiences. Opportunities like athlete influencers, brand ambassadors, presenters, skills camp hosts, and so many more opportunities await student-athletes!  When signing a representation contract** with Athletica Athletes, you may select one of the packages below:

REPRESENTATION PACKAGE-PLATINUM

COST - $975 + 10%***

1. Agent to proactively seek brand endorsement and other NIL opportunities for student-athletes based on individual needs.

2. Webpage presence and photo gallery on athleticaathletes.com. With links to your social media pages. I will also show your following count and demographic information for brands to see (physical stats, clothing sizes, etc.) 

3. Online NIL Profile maintenance and upkeep.

4. Shared Google Sheets spread sheet to track all NIL related activities

5. TWO 2-hour professional photoshoots to build an athlete gallery, social media content and headshots. (Any studio and/or travel associated costs outside of the 7-county metropolitan area of Minnesota is the responsibility of the athlete)- If outside of the state of MN, you are eligible for the free photoshoot, but travel and lodging expenses are the responsibility of the athlete! Otherwise please provide professional images from a professional photographer.  Please submit photographer name, business name, and social media handles.

6. Game Action Photos of you playing your sport****

7. Online profiles across several NIL platforms offering NIL opportunities to enhance visibility.

8. Volunteer/Charity Opportunities

9. Ongoing guidance and advice with the agent during the duration of the contract.

10. Marketing Guide ($75 Value)

11. Discounts with Athletica Athlete affiliate partners.

12. Eligible for referral benefits.

13. Discounts on other photography needs.

14. Collective Contracts are capped at 10%

***Payable in 5 payments of $200 for 4 months and $175 for the 5th month. ***10% of the monetary value of all NIL Deals are to be paid to the Agent for deals over $100.

***Athlete is responsible for a new athlete agent licensing fee if athlete enters the transfer portal and transfers to a school in a different state where the agent isn't currently licensed.

​REPRESENTATION PACKAGE-GOLD

 

COST: $775 +10%***

1. Agent to seek brand endorsement and other NIL opportunities for student-athletes based on individual needs. This package is perfect for extremely busy student-athletes who are involved in multiple activities at their school.

2. Webpage presence and photo gallery on athleticaathletes.com. With links to your social media pages. I will also show your following count and demographic information for brands to see (physical stats, clothing sizes, etc.) 

3. Online NIL Profile maintenance and upkeep.

4. Initial 2-hour professional photoshoot to build an athlete gallery, social media content and headshots. (Any studio and/or travel associated costs outside of the 7-county metropolitan area of Minnesota is the responsibility of the athlete)- If outside of the state of MN, you are eligible for the free photoshoot, but travel and lodging expenses are the responsibility of the athlete! Otherwise please provide professional images from a professional photographer.  Please submit photographer name, business name, and social media handles.

5. Online profiles across 1 NIL platform offering NIL opportunities.

***Payable in 4 payments of $200 for 3 months and $175 for the 4th month. ***10% of the monetary value of all NIL Deals are to be paid to the Agent for deals over $150.

​REPRESENTATION PACKAGE-SILVER***

 

COST: $650 +10%

1. Agent to seek brand endorsement and other NIL opportunities for student-athletes based on individual needs. This package is perfect for athletes who wish to participate in some NIL opportunities but is loosely committed to participation in NIL activities. 

2. Webpage presence and photo gallery on athleticaathletes.com. With links to your social media pages. I will also show your following count and demographic information for brands to see (physical stats, clothing sizes, etc.) 

3. Online NIL Profile maintenance and upkeep.

4. Initial 2-hour professional photoshoot to build an athlete gallery, social media content and headshots. (Any studio and/or travel associated costs outside of the 7-county metropolitan area of Minnesota is the responsibility of the athlete)- If outside of the state of MN, you are eligible for the free photoshoot, but travel and lodging expenses are the responsibility of the athlete! Otherwise please provide professional images from a professional photographer.  Please submit photographer name, business name, and social media handles.

***Payable in 3 payments of $200 for 3 months and $50 for the 4th month. ***10% of the monetary value of all NIL Deals are to be paid to the Agent for deals over $150.

BRAND BUILDING - FUTURE INVESTMENT***

COST: $350 1st 60-minute consult​

          $75 per each 60-minute consult after.

1. This package is perfect for student-athletes who may not be sure where to start in the NIL space. However, these athletes want to begin building their personal brands and start learning strategies to enhance their brand's presence and recognition.

2. These athletes will be unsigned to an agency representation contract, however these athletes will become eligible to sign with ATHLETICA ATHLETES upon their readiness to begin pursuing NIL opportunities on a regular basis.

3. These athletes will receive a webpage presence on athleticaathletes.com. With links to your social media pages. I will also show your following count and demographic information for brands to see (physical stats, clothing sizes, etc.) 

4. Online NIL Profile maintenance and upkeep.

5. Initial 2-hour professional photoshoot to build an athlete gallery, social media content and headshots. (Any studio and/or travel associated costs outside of the 7-county metropolitan area of Minnesota is the responsibility of the athlete)- If outside of the state of MN, you are eligible for a discounted photoshoot (Valued at $325.00). However, travel, lodging, and per diem expenses are the responsibility of the athlete! If the athlete wishes to use other pictures, ATHLETICA ATHLETES will only except professional images at high resolution from athletes. Please provide professional images from a professional photographer.  Please submit photographer name, business name, and social media handles. A signed image release granting the athlete license to use them on this website is also required.

6. These athletes will receive branding and education from ATHLETICA ATHLETS during the duration of the consultation contractual period.
