INDIVIDUALS - SOME TEAMS/CLUBS DO NOT HAVE A MEDIA DAY. HOWEVER, WE OFFER A MEDIA DAY SHOOT TO ATHLETES INTERESTED IN HAVING A MEDIA DAY SHOOT FOR THEMSELVES. THESE IMAGES ARE THE BEST TO COMBINE WITH GRAPHICS! WHETHER YOU MAKE YOUR OWN GRAPHICS, HAVE SOMEONE ELSE MAKE THEM, OR HAVE ATHLETICA MAKE PROFESSIONAL GRAPHICS FOR YOU, THESE STYLED IMAGES ARE THE BEST TO USE WITH SPORTS GRAPHICS.
Cancellation Policy
CLIENTS ARE ALLOWED A NON-COMMERCIAL LICENSE TO THE IMAGES. IMAGES WILL BE SET AT READY TO PRINT RESOLUTION. IMAGES MAY BE USED IN THE CREATION OF SPORTS GRAPHICS BY THE CLIENT, OR GRAPHIC CREATOR. IMAGES HOWEVER, ARE NOT TO BE CROPPED/EDITED IN ANY MANNER THAT DISTRACTS FROM THE PROFESSIONAL QUALITY OF THE IMAGE WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM ATHLETICA L.L.C. ***This photo release grants the Photographer and his/her successors and legal representatives the right to alter the material for commercial, promotional, marketing, competition or other purposes without compensation and hereby release and shall hold harmless Athletica L.L.C., the Photographer and his/her successors, legal representatives and assigns from all claims or liability resulting from or associated with the use of the material. This release is binding on the Client, their legal representatives, heirs, and assigns. You understand Athletica L.L.C., and the Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and reserves the right to use the negatives and/or reproductions. You are at least 18 years of age or older and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read this photo release and fully agree to the contents herein. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. I have legal authority to grant these permissions.
